Audience Selection of Defenses

In section 2.2.2 of the game manual, it says that one of the defenses on the field is selected by the audience. Does anyone know how the audience makes the selection and how often? (for instance, every match?)

Re: Audience Selection of Defenses

So how long before the audience gets bored of the whole thing and no cheers are audible? 5 rounds, maybe 10?

EDIT: Just realized what they mean by a "round". Considering that this is a new term, maybe they should have more specifically defined it...

Re: Audience Selection of Defenses

every round of robots it will be selected again. a round is each robot playing approximately once. For districts, this means 12 votes in the qualification rounds.

The group to be selected from will be posted on the schedule, so your team can know ahead of time what choices are left for alliance selection.

Re: Audience Selection of Defenses

Is the selection from the Audience going to be the same for both alliances, or could it be different?
