I'm having the same problem. Using the field drawings, I've been able to determine many of the dimensions (even if it required a whole ton of calculations to do it), but I still can't locate some. I think that most of them can be resolved with a combination of the drawings and game manual. For example, the width of the neutral zone. I took the distance from the castle wall to the outer works and added that to the width of the outer works (which I got from some math and the field drawings), multiplied by two, and subtracted from total field length. This gave me 172.76in. This may be incorrect, but it seems right to me.
