New radio

So my team got our new radio, only problem is it doesn't glow on any of the LED lights including the power. It makes electrical white noise so I know it's getting power... Trust me it's plugged into the right spot as the old d link worked in the exact same spot. Not the wire either, d link works on it too.

Re: New radio

It doesn't go in the same spot. Plug it into the 12V 2A rail of the VRM.

New radio

I'm asking if I have a faulty radio.

Does it instantly begin to glow when plugged in or does it initialize? On either rail?

Re: New radio

We don't know if you have a faulty radio. You plugged it in to the wrong power rails. Correct that and let us know how it goes.

This might be your problem. See the picture below from the RQBS instructions. Notice it says "This is not the same place as the 2015 radio"

It glows instantly IIRC, but make sure you're in 12V. You stated earlier that it's plugged into the same spot as last year, which is incorrect. If you're using last year's VRM, the new radio should NOT be plugged into the spot labelled 'radio power'.

Edit: Mega ninja'd. Dang mobile.
