WCD tube thickness

I was wondering if any teams have had experience running a west coast drive using 1 x 2 x 1/16" wall tubing. Is it stiff enough? Will it stand up to the abuse that a robot might experience in this year's game?

Re: WCD tube thickness

I would not recommend 1/6" wall tubing for this year's game. Between the defense and the outer works I would definitely make sure your drivetrain is built robustly.
