Radio trouble

When connected over wireless, we are not able to see robot code at the drivers station. When we are connected directly over Ethernet, we do see robot code. We are able to connect to the wireless network and ping the Roborio. We have reconfigured our radio multiple times, but are still getting the same issue. We would like some help in debugging this issue.

What programming language are you using?

Are you testing with the default program?

Sounds like a difference in the Ethernet adapter setting (or antivirus setting) on the DS. Do you have another team nearby that you can take your DS and robot to have them help you diagnose the problem?
