Help Help Help!!!!!!!

I'm having a SERIOUS PROBLEM with ATL.dll on my system!
Whenever I try to run Windows Media Player or AIm I get the following message: "Cant run Unicode version of ATL.dll on Windows 95. Please install correct verion."

I have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!!!! If you can help me give me a link to the file, or send me it directly!!!!!!!
