Finding the FIRST FRC QandA

I have been trying to locate the FRC QandA so that I can post a question about the rules. But when I go here http://www.firstinspires.org/node/3651 and look under the tab Manual/ Game Q&A http://www.firstinspires.org/resourc...nual-qa-system it just says "Questions about the Competition Manual are answered here. The Q&A System will open after Kickoff."

It is clearly after kickoff, so does anyone know why it still only says that? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?

Thanks so much for your help!

Re: Finding the FIRST FRC QandA

"After kickoff" means a few days after kickoff - typically Wednesday as I recall from previous years. They want to give teams time to digest the rules. This can eliminate a frivolous question that a second or third reading of the rules clearly answers.

Re: Finding the FIRST FRC QandA

I believe that people have said that it opens the day of the first Team Update or the day after so that people have time to actually read the manual and not just go asking questions to the Q&A.

Usually the day after.

Kickoff: Manual is released, teams complain about rules.
Tuesday after Kickoff: TU#1 is released, fixing obvious problems.
Wednesday after Kickoff: Q&A opens. Ideally by now teams have actually read the Manual so they're asking more "edge-case" questions instead of "how many CIMs can we use".

For whatever reason, you need the https:// . I don't know enough about web programming to say as to why. That being said, this link should work.

I believe it indicates a secure connection which is needed for the login.

It was working the other day, looks like they caught it and fixed it now.
