Chairman's Pictures

For the Chairman's Award, it states that you can attach up to 4 pictures. However, is there anything that says you cannot submit 4 collages, or something similar?

I don't have the exact rules in front of me, but to my knowledge the answer is no. Both years I was a student submitter, we submitted either collages or GIFs of collages, but that was 2013-14, so that might not be valid still.

You can absolutely use multiple pictures. RUSH (27) did the year they won CCA!
