Gear Box Sifter options?

I am looking to order the 3 CIM Ball Shifter Base Kit with WCD 3rd Stage gear box but I don't know what to select for the sifter option. Do I select both options or is there one better than the other? Also does it come with a speed controller?

Thanks!

Re: Gear Box Sifter options?

Could you elaborate on what the question is? Looking at it, you have three selections in the picture. Step 2 and step 4 are both gearing selection, meaning the reductions will define how fast your robot goes. The other option is for a cylinder which makes the shifting part of the gearbox work. What are you concerned about?

What is the correct option for the shifting mechanism? (Step 3)

The Pancake Pneumatic Cylinder is the part that actually does the shifting. The Pneumatic Fitting Kit is a collection of adapters necessary for the cylinder to fit on the gearbox. If you don't have either of them already, byou'll need to buy both for proper operation of the shifting mechanism.
