We're looking at using a ZED(http://www.stereolabs.com) camera with either a tk1 or tx1 and am already familiar with labview vision so if possibly would want to explore that path.

ZED was brought up in one of our teams brainstorms. Unfortunately, at $449 it exceeds the $400 price maximum for an individual component.

The only stereo camera I've found under that is the $399 Leopard Imaging camera.
