Chief Delphi Pages look scrambled

It seems like a picture (was that someone's profile picture?) inserted itself into the <td> tag of the table that holds the center bar. And also rearranged the order of things.

Could you reproduce it on a desktop on Chrome, and then inspect the source (right click on the affected parts, Inspect Element)? Sounds like the CSS got messed up, but only for your devices, which is weird.
