Chairman's Award Uploading
This is our first year submitting essays for the Chairman's Award, and we were wondering how we upload the finished product to the website. We heard that our mentor is supposed to assign us as STIMS student unloaders, but he is unable to find how to do so. Are we going to the right place by using STIMS? For some reason, we can only see our registration information on this site.

You will have to upload the awards through STIMS, but your team's main (or alternate) contact in TIMS has to assign you the awards submitters. If they log into TIMS, under the Team Summary, they will find a section called Team Member Roster. In this section, there is an Edit/View button next to the Youth Team Members box. If you have gone through the proper steps to sign up in STIMS (applying for the team, signing the consent form, etc.), they will be able to accept you to the team. Once you are accepted, a checkbox will appear next to your names that designates you awards submitters. Once the box is checked, you will see a new section in STIMS where you can submit your awards.
