Tell us you are seeing the screens shown in this document Installing the FRC 2016 Update Suite (All Languages) There is an Addendum - Installing on Windows 8 at the bottom of this web page if that is the problem. Installing the FRC 2016 Update Suite (All Languages) Tell us what you see different than what is shown in Installing the FRC 2016 Update Suite (All Languages) so that we might be able to tell what has gone wrong. |

It looks like you've got the Update Suite installed and were able to get a project put together.
The project is going to try to talk to your roboRIO assuming you've run this year's image on it. You can do that by choosing roboRIO Imaging Tool 2016 from the Utilities tab on the splash screen. The name for the roboRIO is slightly different than it was last year. Open up IE and look for roboRIO-TEAM-FRC.local where TEAM is your team number. You should be able to see a web utility for your roboRIO here. If not, we're likely running into issues with the IP address. Are you connecting via USB or Ethernet currently? |
