Bumper subforum

With so many questions about bumpers, should CD dedicate a specific subforum to them? There is so much interpretation of something that from an inspectors point of view is absolutely black and white. There is really no grey area in the rules.

Taking a year off from bumpers created a knowledge gap.

I have not seen Al's inspection thread yet, but I am sure it will clarify the rules.

A possible solution would be that bumpers be included in the KOP and you need to design your robot to fit them.
