thank you i will be doing the checklists from now on. I've come up with an idea that i still have to polish up. I call it the Safety Captain Apprenticeship Program (SCAP) the safety captain, when they're in their junior year in HS, picks a freshman student to train as safety captain for after that safety captain is gone. The idea came to me when i realized that there are a lot of rookie safety captains that have no clue what to do. if you want any more information please Private Message me.
