Robot Builder 2016

Hello all,
This is my first year as the robotics mentor for team 5676 and this is only the teams 2nd year. I have been working with the robot builder and have my code imported into eclipse. Do I need to add more code to this or should I be able to download this to the roborio and, provided everything is connected properly, the robot work? I attempted to use my code last night to simply drive the robot and it failed.

Thanks for the support

Re: Robot Builder 2016

Robot Builder only creates the framework for the code. You still have to add logic, for example to tell it to use joysticks to control the robot drive object. The documentation walks through an example of how to add your logic. http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/4485/m/26402
