I mean like programming the sensors and others things I was told that we could only use the 2gopc by a colleague but it wouldn't let the FRC Update Suite 2016 extract, but it would on other computers, just wanted to clarify if we could.

Yes, you can program roborio, run vision processing, driver station, bridge utility, ect.
