Tools are easy:
--Did you use it on the robot?
If so, bring it unless one of the following applies:
--not easily portable
--throws sparks

Parts are also easy:
--Did you use it on the robot, or is it a raw material?
Bring it.
--Is it a common FRC part that you didn't use?
Bring it if you have capacity. Use to help another team or trade for parts you need.
