LabVIEW looks a wee bit different, please help.

Well, we've recently uninstalled everything that had to do with LabVIEW and reinstalled it based off of the disc they gave us. In theory this should work right? Well when we start it up it looks nothing like 2014, nor does it look like anything that other people have posted. I'll show you a picture of we got, any recommendations?

You just have the generic LabVIEW installed.
You now need the FRC specific Update: http://ni.com/download/cds/view/p/id/5773/lang/en

I downloaded that zip, and tried to go to the setup but it keeps saying that windows was having trouble extracting it.

You must unzip the package before trying to use Setup.
