New router is not allow us to connect to the Rio

Just got off an 1h30m call with NI support (who were very helpful) trying to get the rio to connect to the computer. The problem appears to be with the OM5P-AN router not allowing any connection though. I tried re-configuring, which did nothing. When attempting to reload the I get an error:

Code:
Bridge firmware load failed: Error finding NPF device name for adapter: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
Please reset the bridge and try again
I reset the bridge, and nothing changed. Anyone have any experience with this?
