Exclamation Roborio Comm light is off

We've had the problem of the comm light being off since yesterday. Yesterday, the robot was working fine and completely operational. We were using the DAP-1522 radio since it was already configured and I just needed to get the robot complete. I decided to swap it out with the OM5P-AN radio to see if I could get it to work. I managed to get it configured, but the robot was no longer connecting. I noted the comm light was off so I experimented and swapped it out for the same DAP-1522 radio and found the comm light was still off and I still couldn't connect.

Today I reimaged the roborio and installed Java and got the robot functional again. I could connect to it via wifi with the DAP-1522 radio. I then swapped out a Talon SR with a Victor SP to test it and it still connected fine. I swapped the Victor SP with the old Talon SR and then the comm light was off and I couldn't connect. I didn't touch any of the wires except the wires leading from the motor controller to the PDP and the PWM. I tried reimaging and downloading java on the roborio, I momentarily got a red comm light, then it went off. I tried the same process again and then it wouldn't come on.

I've checked the firmware version for the roborio and found it to be 3.0.0f0. As of right now, I cannot connect to it via USB nor build code to it. I'm not with the robot right now, but I can check tomorrow.
