Someone can teach me how to do vision processing?
Hello everybody!!!
I've been looking for a 2 weeks to do vision processing on the roboRio. I tried with RPI (with opencv), with GRIP, and I don't want to think about using NIVision. There is anyone who can teach me privately (skype etc.) how to do vision processing? I am a Java developer, I hava RPI, USB camera, GRIP, if needed more hardware I can buy it, but all I need is someone who will teach me all the things about it. Please. My skype: gofmannir My email: gofmannir123@gmail.com Thanks, Nir. |

Re: Someone can teach me how to do vision processing?
You have everything you need. Look up the 2012 vision whitepaper. Everything you need is in there.
Protip: NI Vision Assistant is probably the easiest. Its a GUI and integrates well into the DS |

There should also be vision examples available with the 2016 FRC update.

I would love to Skype you and talk about vision, I already have a working vision solution that was published last night and is fully open source, if you still need help pm me and we can set up a meeting. Cheers

Re: Someone can teach me how to do vision processing?
I was looking for your source Fauge7 to help a student with his vision programming (we are C++ however, not Java) but could not find it, I see Github stuff for 2015 but not 2016 so far.

Re: Someone can teach me how to do vision processing?
There is someone who made their algorithm available on another thread (for your convenience
):http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=142173 Since you are using a Raspberry Pi, it might be worth it to look at what they did. |
