Yes that is legal. You cannot split PDP power but you can split PWM signal

You can also use an MXP extension board to get the extra PWM pins from there.

If you're running two servos (as opposed to two motor controllers), make sure your 6V and 0V wires are big enough to carry the current to drive both servos; don't use a 26AWG PWM cable.
