Hanging bar dimensions

We're having a heck of a time finding the dimensions for the hanging bar for the end game. Our mock up - following the drawings for the practice hanging rung and the tower ended up with ~ 1" gap from the 45 degree angle from the goal.

It looks - after looking at the drawings for the practice tower, the practice hanging wall, and the actual field drawings - that they're all different. To cap it off, the piping height on the actual field drawings has to be derived from 3 separate pages.

Our hanging design is critical to the specific gap and angle between the tower wall, the rung, the overhang, and the height above the batter. Does someone with access to a regulation field have these measurements or can someone direct me to what we're missing?
