PCM not powering on

Recently we've had our pneumatic control module working when the robot turned on where the status light would blink green once turned on. Now there is no light when power goes through the module. We've checked the power going to it and it is sending a strong 12v and the 20a fuse on the PD board is good. Do we need to come to conclusion that it is busted or are we just missing something?

Everything is wired on the PCM including CAN wires, compressor, switch, and one solenoid; if that helps.

Re: PCM not powering on

Same issue and our conclusion was... Its busted. A neighboring team gave us a new one which worked fine and we have since given them a brand new one.
