Australian Team 4729 Robot Reveal: "Roadkill"

As another build season comes to an end (yeah we get a few hours less than you Americans because we are a day ahead), comes the time for revealing our seasons robot:

CAD:

This was the first year we actually made and used CAD (we used Inventor) heavily, and it has brought us many benefits.

And for those who want some specs:
Drive Base:
- 6 wheel drive with 8in pneumatic wheels
- Belt driven
- 4 CIM AndyMark Toughbox nano's
- Slightly enlarged and heavily modified KoP Drive chassis in square configuration (custom conversion, shipping out of stock stuff to Australia is difficult)
Intake:
- Intake: mini-CIM powering a 45deg. bevel gear box (from AndyMark) powering 2 large 3D printed wheels
- Reliable intake, well held, fast ejection.
Tomahawks:
- Used primarily for keeping the robot upright while climbing.
- Manipulates defences such as the ramparts, and traps balls.
- Actuated by 2 PG188's
- Hardstop latches (to allow for a legal starting position, and locking during climbing) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5f...ew?usp=sharing
Climber:
- Tape measure with detachable hook extended by a PG71 https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5f...ew?usp=sharing
- Winch with 2 directly driven PG71's https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5f...ew?usp=sharing
- Brake consisting of a cam "Cleat" (used on sailing boats) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5f...ew?usp=sharing
Electronics Board:
- 10 Talon SR's
- 1 Victor SP
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5f...ew?usp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5f...ew?usp=sharing
Other features:
- Roll cage, used as a mounting point for various functionalities, and protects the "fragile bits"
- Reversible bumpers
- Easy low bar clearance
- Crosses all category A, B and D defenses with ease
- Limited Class C defense crossing
- Scaling (excuse our dodgy climbing setup, works much better on a proper field) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5f...ew?usp=sharing
- Many 3D printed bits, just one example: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5f...ew?usp=sharing
Planned Features:
- LED's (a must for all robots)
- Axis camera
- Laser pointer for climbing assistance
- Driver station

We will be competing at the Sydney Regional and DDU (Duel Down Under, off season event)
Shout out to team 4613, Barker Redbacks for letting us use their practice field for a day!
