We aren't in this situation and I'm only a student, not a mentor with experience. But I'd suggest keeping 30lbs worth of stuff outside the bag and prefabricate that. Or just stuff everything the bag in pieces and finish assembly at your first event. If there are issues with what I said, let me know in the thread. I'm still learning all this stuff.
