11:59 p.m. deadline: Start or finish bag & tag?
We're confused about the 11:59 p.m. deadline. Must the bag and tag process be completed by 11:59 p.m., or the actual work/building the robot stops at 11:59 p.m., allowing bag and tag to occur after midnight? Rules are ambiguous.
Section 5.1 of the Admin Manual states: "You may work on your robot until midnight local time on Stop Build Day." R15 of the Game Manual states: "All ROBOT elements ... must be bagged and sealed, by 11:59PM local time on Stop Build Day."
