The code in Begin.vi on the left that you've taken is old and some of it is done a little differently.

Just Open a Servo like you would normally.
In your block diagram just delete all the constants you have there now.
Left-click on the PWM Channel input node and select Create->Constant to get your PWM constant. Then set it to the PWM you want.
I'd leave the Angular Range (170) off and just let it default.

Double check that the joystick axis (3) is the one you want to be using.
