I'll agree with 1058 and 811 being the best candidates from NH, but I'd put 1519 "in the mix" with 131, 166 and 3467 as teams who have received at least 1 RCA in recent years and with good resumes to repeat. Do watch 1073 and 2342 as a candidate with a rapidly growing resume. I'm putting the number of DCA's or RCA's and Engineering Inspiration wins in the last 10 seasons in parenthesis...

811 - 2 Chairman's ('14 GSD and '14 DCMP) 1 Engineering Inspiration ('15 GSD)
1058 - 3 Chairman's ('12 GSR, '14 NEU, '15 UNH)

In the Mix:
131 - 1 Chairman's ('13 GSR) 2 Engineering Inspirations ('10 GSR, '11 GSR)
166 - 1 Chairman's ('11 GSR)
1073 - no Chairman's or Engineering Inspiration wins since 2006

I honestly just added 1519 to the main list because I think you guys deserve a lot more recognition than you've gotten.
