The noodle blocker was 294/330's. Our robot was designed to breach defenses, not play defense. However, 294 chose us to play defense for them so we had to make some major modifications.
Feel free to check out what our robot originally looked like
here (drag the CAD at the bottom, it's 3D!). We didn't need to see the far end of the field, go over the cheval de frise / portcullis, or intake balls in the finals, so we took a bunch of stuff off to make room for the pool noodles and minimize ramming damage.
It's never been about the robots. But the robots make an interesting misdirection that we all use. So its ALL about the robots. :rolleyes: - Foster [more]
