Hi, I'm been nominated for Dean's Award this year as well. My team is relatively young and I am the first girl to be nominated by our team. I was wondering, what the proper attire is for Dean's interviews for the gals? Any other recommendations would be appreciated as well!
Thanks in advance, SRP
Congratulations on your nomination!! Wear whatever you feel comfortable in! I know many students like to dress up in business casual clothing that is also team colors. I think it helps some students feel comfortable in the 'interview' setting. This is what I personally did, but really however you feel comfortable is the best!

The judges are there, volunteering their time, because they want to talk to exemplary FIRST students like yourself, and because they genuinely want to know about you, what you do, what you are passionate about, etc., so what you wear is an incredibly minimal part of the whole thing, just go into the interview as you!
