3 x 5" wheels?

Hi so

The Tetrix All Terrain Tire has official dimensions of 5", but the tread seems to add almost another inch in Inventor. I've tried to put three wheels together on one side. With the current spacing to avoid part interference, and to stay within the size limit of 18", There's less than 2mm between the outermost of these wheels. I've heard that these wheels do squish and deform, which means they might actually touch each other when pressed down with the weight of the bot. I haven't actually seen a bot use three of these wheels on one side before, but if anyone has, or has tried it, is there actually a problem or is this just a misrepresentation?
