If you're dead set on 5" diameter wheels,VEX EDR has some. Interfacing with Tetrix will require some creativity.

Whelp decided to knock out a modified 5" version of the am-2031 in Inventor, now with directly compatible Tetrix holes
Not sure if machining/milling it would be feasible later though
