Thank you for posting this. After years upon years of trying to teach new programmers about the basics and PID, they never had a clue about what PID was for and couldn't visualize it. One of the programmers that took my spot on the team after I became an alumni was one of them. After he watched this video, he instantly got it. I think most people have to see and hear a little short about PID to get what it's trying to convey.
