Montreal Webcast ... in French?

Now that's something you don't see every day.

I was browsing the different event webcasts today, and ran across the Montreal webcast. The feed is mostly all the same as other feeds, except it's all in French. And the game logo is different. "La Forteresse" instead of "Stronghold." I just thought that was unique enough to mention. I wonder if other international events had similar language differences - was the Israel Regional in Hebrew?
