There's certainly reasonable doubt.
However, tortugas seem to be a civil rather than criminal matter, and I'll vote that yes, to the preponderance of evidence, this is a triple tortuga. |

Actually having been on the field during the match, I can tell you that 1744 was still able to drive, they simply ran out of time as the game ended.

This is what it looked like to me. It seemed like they rolled just a bit when the clock stopped, which would indicate that they were still capable of getting off.
