It is indeed a first to have FIRST permission to translate game screens in French this year, at least in a pilot model.
This year's game screens have so much wordly information, and the need to interact with the audience justified the effort. We have had great appreciation of this by local sponsors, visitors and teams. Since the format basically didn't change, non-french speaking participants were able to understand all the results; AND our emmcee and Game announcer made a great job at sharing everything in French and English!
