Axis M1013 Camera help

I'm having a little bit of trouble using the Axis M1013 camera problem. I'm trying to use the camera on our test robot to test some vision code that was written recently. I've used this camera in the past during build season and did not receive this error. The issue is very weird and tells me that "too many users are viewing the stream." Currently there is no one else connnected besides the computer I am using. In addition to restarting the camera/computer/roborio multiple times, I've also factory reset the camera 2 times and I have used the FRC flashing device for the Axis cameras. Here is the exact error that I'm getting.

Re: Axis M1013 Camera help

Are you trying to view the stream in your browser? I had a similar error but it appeared to be because I was using Internet Explorer to view the camera stream, instead of my usual Firefox. When I switched back to a computer with Firefox, I could view the stream just fine.
