Anyone else have trouble flying?

because I have serious control issues and I have to know what's going on at all times and if we hit an air pocket and jump a little I have to know that it wasn't a duck in the engine that's going to kill us all and it was just an air pocket. Most flights don't give me this much information when I'm flying.

Breathe deeply in thinking "Safe", imagining safety surrounding every part of you.
Breathe deeply out thinking and releasing "fear", imagining fear leaving from every pore of your body.

No matter what happens, you know you can trust yourself to take care of yourself, so you don't have to worry about being in control or trusting everyone else.

You can try to change your MO a little bit - trust that the air pocket didn't mean anything, and trust that if something further happens after the air pocket that you can choose to investigate it, perhaps by asking the flight attendant for reassurance nothing's wrong.
