...when you realize that you wont be going to Nationals and might have to wait a year before seeing that girl again.

...when it's ok because you care about her so much.

Hmm.

Not that this relates exactly to addiction, but when everyone starts yelling when two teams in an elim match at the PNW regional were racing at each other with a bin in between and the bin went everywhere...

I'll see if I can find the video...

Exclamation In Memory

When you spend your entire weekends fo rthe past 3 weeks trying to find a teacher to watch the Team during Nats so you can go

When you convince the entire team to wear their team jerseys to school everyday during Nationals in memory of what could have been (when everyone says NO).

When on you aol autoresponse you mention "To Archimdes for what could have been" and " Team 521 MIA, you will not be forgotten"

When you go around school mumbling something about "You may go to NATS but I go to youth conference"

- when the highlight of your day is getting home after school, not because school is finally over, but because you have more time to spend on DC replying to your favorite threads.

- when you look forward to the four minute break between fourth and fifth hours only slightly less, because you know you will walk past a girl that reminds you of that super hot chick you saw at Regionals

Hmm now that's thinkin' ahead. Same here but her where him is and she where he is.

...when it's the two days before her team leaves, and you smile wish her luck and act happy when you can't stand that you can't go with her.

...when you try try try and try to make plans for a road trip this summer to her state. And the odds start to look better for you!
