Yeah, that tip caused quite the discussion - at the Ventura regional (which we went to as well) the head ref even cited it as an example of how an illegal tip could cause a team to get a red card and forfeit their points (which is what happened at LA with our opposing alliance).

If you look through the opening 10-picture slideshow, they've got a team member in #10, and might be one of theirs in #7 as well.
