Updated the map with the latest CMP Team List. Also, I added a small offset to the map coordinates in cases where multiple teams are listed in (and geocoded to) the same city name. This will make all teams visible on the map. Since full street addresses are not provided, the team location is still approximated to the center of the listed team city.
