Re: 2016 Newton Subdivision

Newton 2016 contains at least one member of every World Champion alliance from 2008-2015, plus 2005 and 2006.

5499 played great shut-down D against several of the higher-OPR teams during Newton quals, as did 48. I was not surprised at all to see 5150 pick 48. I was surprised that no one picked 5499.

I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.

Re: 2016 Newton Subdivision

We want to thank 217 for picking us as the 7th alliance captain!
We also want to thank 4678 and 188 for their continuous push in each and every match.
All of us were great shooters and contributed the same amount practically every match. And hey, we had 2 tall bots on our alliance... so what's that about people thinking tall bots were the wrong move?
Thank you to all the teams in Newton, it was an honor to play against all of you!
