First off, please turn off the caps lock. Second, in general, you should not expect manufacturing drawings from any of the suppliers. You should be glad they include any teeth at all. For the most part, any CAD you download from a supplier will be a "customer" CAD file, meaning it will have the necessary geometry that recreates the interfaces. That includes files not only from SDP/SI, but FRC suppliers like AndyMark and Vex. In general, this is sufficient for designing things that use those components. They have to balance service provided to the customer versus protecting intellectual property. If you were provided with the manufacturing level CAD, then it would be trivial for anyone to take those and start manufacturing those parts themselves.
