Re: GT2 PROFILE 3-D CAD FILE FROM SDP/SI.
The actual tooth profile is not hard to work out. You can CAD a single tooth correctly and then create a pattern to make the remaining teeth. This also allows you to have any custom drive center that way. If 3d printing, having your own CAD allows you to adjust the drawing for the variations in the final printing geometry. (Ours shrinks a bit when cooled).

Re: GT2 PROFILE 3-D CAD FILE FROM SDP/SI.
WE HAVE ORDERED PULLEYS FROM THEM BEFORE, AND WERE OK ON THE PROFILE! 192 ALSO USES THEIR PULLEYS WITHOUT ISSUES, PERHAPS YOU COULD CONTACT THEM.
SOMETIMES WHEN I OPEN CAD FILES FROM SDP-SI, THE TOOTH PROFILES LOOK MESSED UP OR PULLEYS ARE MISSING TEETH; IT'S NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. |
