The Portcullis is what I would guess. Your Port. auto is already good and quick, and with the correct geometry of your bot, this would not surprise me. Love your robot by the way!

This is one that I do not think will be possible (please, prove me wrong teams). But the active motion to manipulate the CDF and the heavy drop likely will result in this never being accomplished. I know it was probably a fun, sarcastic joke, but unless the action is passive (similar to 1678), this won't be accomplished.

Titanium already has an automated CDF cross sequence, I wouldn't be surprised if they tried (although thinking now, they might have some problems going backwards over it to get the second ball). An engineer can still dream.

I think you highlight the major problem with doing a 2 ball CDF: it takes too much time and gives too much error to turn around to manipulate the CDF back. Unless you have a CDF manipulator on both sides, this might take too much time.

Cue 254's next auto.

Re: Dropshots Fired!

Why do you need a CdF two ball if you can already do it over one of the other non low bar defenses? Sure it'd be nice to get the CdF partially done in auto, but as long as you can do it over something else, you've already got a significant advantage over 99% of the field.

Look at 254's bot, they have a main arm in the front which is used for cheval, but the intake arm on the back can also be used for the cheval......

Re: Dropshots Fired!

I'm not sure if the intake arm can be used for the cheval I looked at that arm long and hard and it appears to
Be pneumatically driven by one set of air cylinders so the length it goes down is all it goes down and it doesn't appear to be down far enough for the cheval

Who says they have to return over the CDF? Who says both crosses need to be the same defense?

Simplicity does?
It's certainly possible to go over one, shoot, go over a different one, collect-cross-shoot but man is that pushing the limit.
