Re: Missouri Robotics State Championship- 2016

Wanted to thank everyone for another fantastic Missouri State Championship. This continues to be a high class event with dedicated volunteers and terrific teams. Special thanks for Team SCREAM (FRC 4522) for hosting. We here at Team Titanium (FRC 1986) had a great time. It was also an honor to be chosen by our peers for Missouri Robot of the Year.

Thank you SWAT (FRC 1806) for accepting our invitation to the #1 alliance. You were our top choice long before the day began, and your opening exhibition performance of 9 high goals in teleop exceeded even our expectations. Good luck at IRI.

A similar thanks to Ratchet Rockers (FRC 1706). You filled the role we needed admirably. Shut down defense on a shifting swerve drive with a pit crew who knew how to quickly fix any issue. You were an essential part of helping us secure the championship.

We have a great deal of respect for all of the competitors this weekend, and wanted to give a particular tip of the cap to the finalists, 1987 (The Broncobots), 4522 (Team Scream), and 5801 (CTC Inspire). Some dynamite machines and great people to boot.

Congratulations to Mitch Comer from FRC 3284 who was honored as coach of the year. His support for FIRST in Missouri goes well beyond his own team, and it will be interesting to see how his work with MSHSAA will impact our sport.

Re: Missouri Robotics State Championship- 2016

Thanks to 5098 and 1094 for being awesome alliance partners! It was a fun run through the Semi-Finals.

A big shout out to 4522 - they put on a great show with this event and it clearly takes a lot of work to make it happen.

Most of the match videos should be available now here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...UaeaeFM3jyurB2 We had some technical difficulties at the worst time and missed at least QF1 & QF3 & possibly QF4. If anyone recorded those matches and wants to upload them, I can add those to the playlist. Sorry about that!
