Theoretical time to climb tower (from extension to being pulled up): 3-4 seconds.

What is the spacing, center to center between the colson wheels, and what size wheels are they?

Thanks! The wheels are 1.624 OD, and the spacing between the center's are either 1.624 or 1.623, I'll have to check on that.

Second question, this assembly looks to just be a delivery system. Did you have any plans to integrate a winch, or would that be a separate mechanism?

Yes it's only for deploying the hook. We have a separate winch to pull up the robot.
