3538 is going to be a top 10 team in MI very soon.

Although not a "new" team, originally established in 2011, a new mentor base re-constructed the team in 2014(?) to it's current state.

- District winner @ FiM Midland - 1st event win.
- GM Industrial Design Award
- Carson Sub-Division Champion / Einstein Appearance

*probably should have played in MSC elimination. Made the decision to re-build prior, hurt MSC early performance but helped @ Champs.

Given the experienced mentor base, resources, and drive for success, I expect big things for these guys in the future.
